Any school, regardless of its size, can be a Garden School. A Garden School is one that involves children in using the garden to enhance their learning and health and well-being. It also promotes a positive attitude towards the environment....
Our programme is currently being used by schools in Aberdeen City & Shire and Edinburgh. The interactive map provides details of the participating schools and their current Garden School status.

This month in #garden #schools we suggest pupils become scientists, experimenting how seeds grow and researching what crops can be grown in their region. Looking forward to seeing what @miss_mudge_hb discover.

Busy work today in P6/7 planting our peas. We are experimenting on what conditions will grow the best plants. 🌱We have some going outside, some in, some watered with hot water, some cold, some kept in the cupboard, some in the fridge. very creative suggestions. @OSF_SchGardens
